Intracorp Giving Up on Another Project

The Seattle PI reports today on Intracorp putting up their 2nd and Steward (aka 1915 2nd Ave) project for sale, Belltown high-rise project put up for sale:

“The opportunity is to acquire a fully entitled downtown development site with some of the most sought after unobstructed views in Seattle,” the listing for the 12,950-square-foot property says.

This is their third bust after first Expo 62 and then Domaine making the Parc their only Seattle “success”.

If you wish to purchase this unfinished project, check out the listing.

About Matt Goyer

I love condos, lofts, floating homes, new construction and mid-century moderns so much so that since starting this blog in 2006 I've written over 2,000 blog posts about them!

For years I resisted becoming a real estate agent preferring to be a marketing executive at Redfin but after leaving Redfin (after seven years!) I caved in the spring of 2014 and became a broker. So if you need help finding that "Urbnlivn-style" place or selling your home email me at matt@urbnlivn.com, I'd be happy to help you.

Prior to Urbnlivn and Redfin, I worked at Microsoft after graduating from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Mathematics with a major in computer science.

    Did Domaine sell yet?

Also – did anyone happen to notice that Moda is turning to apartments?

Domaine has not yet sold…Expo62 sold and has done quite well in its lease-up phase.

I imagine you would have to get pretty hefty rents to justify paying for Domaine…that project is f*cked

Can we all remember these the next time someone complains about developers making ‘obscene profits’ and sticking it to us little guys?
