Intracorp Giving Up on Another Project

The Seattle PI reports today on Intracorp putting up their 2nd and Steward (aka 1915 2nd Ave) project for sale, Belltown high-rise project put up for sale:

“The opportunity is to acquire a fully entitled downtown development site with some of the most sought after unobstructed views in Seattle,” the listing for the 12,950-square-foot property says.

This is their third bust after first Expo 62 and then Domaine making the Parc their only Seattle “success”.

    Can we all remember these the next time someone complains about developers making 'obscene profits' and sticking it to us little guys?

    Domaine has not yet sold...Expo62 sold and has done quite well in its lease-up phase.

    I imagine you would have to get pretty hefty rents to justify paying for Domaine...that project is f*cked
