I think it’s a little odd to see a fully furnished million dollar place be FSBO’d on Zillow but to each their own in this crazy market. But what caught my eye was all the stainless and concrete at 415 W Mercer #901 a 2,113 square foot place listed at $1,150,000:

You can almost see my apartment from that balcony pic facing the south slope of QA. Think I’m actually higher up, though I’m on the first floor! My views are much more limited though because of a certain office building on Mercer and some trees.

Odd Indeed! My partner and I own this condo decided to post it on about 20 sites (including zillow.com) as a preview before we list it in mid September. We currently have a tenant in the unit and will be scheduling showings by appointment only.
