The Equinox newsletter today points us to their new virtual tour.
They actually have three. The first (labeled “Virtual Tour” is very lame. They took some photos, panned and zoomed the photos and added music. The second and third (”Home Tour” and “Amenities”) were okay.
What do you think? Good spend of their marketing dollars or not?

I heard Equinox is converting to apartments, is this true? They have only sold about 60 units of 204. No one is buying this crap, especially after the sales agents and developer screw people who have already bought in.

I just heard that there hasnt been 1 sale in the entire year of 2008. Under 30% sold, behind schedule…are these guys going to convert? By the way, it is so perfect that this is happening to this developer. They deserve it.
