It has nice views:

But the owner’s taste in floor coverings certainly needs to be questioned:
Last sale: October 27, 2006 for a million. Will they get $500,000 more two years later in a declining market?
Bonus link: People Who Live in Glass Houses. A 23 year old grad student in Manhattan complains that the floor to ceiling windows in her $1.5 mil condo are ruining her $20,000 couch. Solution? $12,000 motorized blinds.

Love it. One day, Pb Elemental is going to build me a home… just need to find the perfect urban location. (Or find $2 million dollars to live in the Trophy Building)
