MLS Watch – No Dogs, Price Goes Up, Price Goes Down

September 4th, 2008 · Comments · By Matt

2307

2307 43rd Ave E is one of two units at this boutique condo project. Sadly for $6 million dollars (yes, $2000/square foot for a non-downtown condo) you aren’t allowed to have pets.

Bay Vista Tower

That lender owned unit dropped $100,000 in price. Still has shitty photos.

Royal Crest

After 106 days on the market 2100 3rd Ave decided that $879,000 was a bad price and raised it to $1,008,000 to attract more million dollar plus buyers. Great views though.

Royal Manor

I think the trees mixed with downtown views of #502 at 1120 8th Ave. $450,000 for 2 beds and 1,060 square feet.

But that light fixture has gotta go.

That price is 6 and 1/3rd million dollars.
For that, you apparently get 2/3rds of the building, which you will share with one other owner.
No dogs, no cats - says who?
Is it perhaps the grumpy builder who is ensconced in his/her allergy-free first floor unit who issued the edict?
Maybe it's a negotiating point for cinching a 'deal'?
    $6,350,000?
Does it come with a happy ending?

Some of those prices have got to go as well.
