While it’s a fancy unit, in a good location, with a great view, I think it’s a $6 million property. But rich people are funny and if someone falls in love with it Rob might get his $12 million.

Matt…the unit was blogged by a different realtor not so long ago. Last few weeks or so. It had a link to the website also. I can’t find the post so it must have been taken down. Go figure.

I’ve already dug into the Madison Tower sale. Nothing to see there other than Realtors trying to off their flips as far as I’m concerned.

They really should thing about lowering their prices. You know…that whole ugly wall street thing as of late. Kinda telling dontcha think?

But then again…condos have nothing to do with economics…and never bubbled in price…right?

The 8+MM sale was the penthouse at One Pacific Tower if I remember correctly.

And what’s the deal with Redfin still listing commercial sales as condo sales?

It should be possible to achieve these views and this level of finish in a much smaller space at a much smaller price. $12M is pushing it in Seattle.

A little late to the game Matt. Someone already blogged about this many moons ago. Did you notice that a three of the seven units in that building are owned by… *gasp*…banks?

Oh…yeah…and the $8 mil+ sale wasn’t in Madison Tower/Hotel 1000 either.

Show me a $9 mil sale at the Madison Tower.
