Video of Bay Vista Tower Unit Before Foreclosure

Remember that Bay Vista Tower unit that is in foreclosure?

Rob found a video of it in the condition I toured it in about a year and half ago.

About Matt Goyer

I love condos, lofts, floating homes, new construction and mid-century moderns so much so that since starting this blog in 2006 I've written over 2,000 blog posts about them!

For years I resisted becoming a real estate agent preferring to be a marketing executive at Redfin but after leaving Redfin (after seven years!) I caved in the spring of 2014 and became a broker. So if you need help finding that "Urbnlivn-style" place or selling your home email me at matt@urbnlivn.com, I'd be happy to help you.

Prior to Urbnlivn and Redfin, I worked at Microsoft after graduating from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Mathematics with a major in computer science.

You can also find me on Twitter, @MattGoyer, or LinkedIn.

Looking at the sale history, were the people that renovated the unit the ones that were foreclosed on? The last sale I assume was recorded when the property went back to the lender.

I’m sorry, but that place looks corny and tacky.

Sorry to go off topic, but do you (Matt, others) have experience with selling a condo unit ‘by owner’? What forms are necessary, and where do you get them?

dj, I don’t know much about selling on your own. I’d contact a real estate attorney if you want to go that route. You might also try our Redfin Forums to see if anyone there might know more.
