Looking at the sale history, were the people that renovated the unit the ones that were foreclosed on? The last sale I assume was recorded when the property went back to the lender.

Sorry to go off topic, but do you (Matt, others) have experience with selling a condo unit ‘by owner’? What forms are necessary, and where do you get them?
