Given it’s about 1/4 of what he’d need to earn to afford one of the condos he’s advertising, it is pretty sad. In 2003 he’d be able to put down his sign at night IN one of those condos.

Sign guy #1 (pictured) is at Pike & Belmont, right outside the closed ReMax “C.H. Condos” office that moved a half block up the hill to the new Montage Condominiums. (Remember them?)

Sign guy #2 is at Broadway and Pine and was having a great time today spinning his arrow around, playing it like a guitar, and dancing to the entertainment of drivers passing by. He’s probably making more money on tips and salary than the Realtors at the Seventeen07 sales office are on commissions!
