    I passed by the Montage Condos on my way home today and saw a new sign above their “for sale” banner (facing towards Harvard Ave). Apparently they’re also trying to lease units. Nothing about it on their web site yet.

    I don’t know what the deal was, but about five months ago (post-completion, though) I tried to see these units about three different times, to no avail. The listing agents were either unavailable or unresponsive, and were not on site during posted hours, either. Boo.

    Yes, but if you spell it ‘Balard’, then you can pronounce it like it’s French, accent on the second syllable…and make it sound fancier!!

    Maris Shilshole Condos is nice place and sea is infront of house. This is best location for house. I want this type of house and before some day I fixed this house on rent. Really a great house is this. I like it very much.
