Veer Lofts in SLU Officially Open

Any Urbnlivn buyers purchase at Veer Lofts in South Lake Union? This just in from Vulcan:

We’d like to invite you to come down THIS WEEKEND and tour Veer Lofts on Saturday, November 1st and on Sunday, November 2nd from 11:00am to 6pm (located at 401 9th Avenue North and Harrison Street).

I’m going to head down tomorrow to check it out. Maybe I’ll see you there!

From the photos it looks like it turned out well:

Veer Lofts unit

Veer Lofts Kitchen

See all five photos.

And it’s odd since they have only sold about 50% of their inventory that they only have one unit on the MLS and the listing despite being only 9 days old doesn’t even have good photos.

About Matt Goyer

I love condos, lofts, floating homes, new construction and mid-century moderns so much so that since starting this blog in 2006 I've written over 2,000 blog posts about them!

For years I resisted becoming a real estate agent preferring to be a marketing executive at Redfin but after leaving Redfin (after seven years!) I caved in the spring of 2014 and became a broker. So if you need help finding that "Urbnlivn-style" place or selling your home email me at matt@urbnlivn.com, I'd be happy to help you.

Prior to Urbnlivn and Redfin, I worked at Microsoft after graduating from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Mathematics with a major in computer science.

You can also find me on Twitter, @MattGoyer, or LinkedIn.

Matt’s got so many commenters he can take them all and mark them [removed by matt].

    It’s a traffic-building strategery.

As I recall, the objectionable word was “scrotum.”

    Is that correct?
