Black Friday Specials at The Parc

Just got an email from The Parc announcing big reductions this weekend. No mention of what units are getting the cuts though.

Next weekend (December 6, 7 and 8th), we are having a special 72-hour price reduction at The Parc. Select homes will be reduced by as much as $150,000 (approximately $650,000 in total price reductions)! However, as a thank you for registering online at http://www.parcbelltown.com we are offering you this same special offer for this upcoming weekend as well (November 29 and 30) so you will have the first opportunity to purchase before the price reduction is announced to the general public.

Simply print this email out and bring it with you to our Sales Center. You will be eligible to receive the special pricing. And, with our special $15,000 Buyer’s Bonus expiring on Sunday, November 30th, this is the perfect weekend to buy a brand-new condo at The Parc.

This isn’t too surprising. Every year it seems like as we go into December developers try and move more units. I’ve always wondered if it has to do with year end sales targets or are they just trying to get a few sales in the slowest months of the sales cycle.

Update: Here are recent sales at The Parc:

81 Clay

#325 – $324,000 – 1 bd / 1 ba – 857 sf – Sold in October

76 Cedar

  • sorry :P

Off-topic question: Matt, Redfin doesn’t seem to have a filter for live-work units. Does that flag exist in the MLS listings? (Is it going to be added to Redfin?)

  • We don’t have such a filter and it sounds like there isn’t one in the NWMLS.

This spring we hope to add a keyword search that will let you search the marketing remarks for keywords like “Live/work”.
