Anyone heard anything about what's going on at the corner of Pine & Summit? No more parking lot, does that mean the construction is due to begin?

Can I just add that the websites of 1111 and Indus Workhouse, for example, are super annoying? There isn't nearly enough information on their websites. Why can't they at least put up info on floor plans and pricing?

You can add that into your piece on 'recommendations to the condo marketing industry'. ;)

How is the Marselle coming? With so many quirks in the Condo market I was expecting something to sidetrack them as well.. I understand they are still shooting for a may/june closing date

    In West Seattle:

    The Dakota: http://www.westseattlecondos.info/
    Indus WorkHouse: http://www.indusworkhouse.com/

I think the rest of the stuff going up in the Junction will be apartments at this point (e.g. Mural, etc.)

It'd be handy if you could put the number of units that each project represents next to it, and maybe the number of reservations if that info is available.

Looks like you have 2009 covered with the addition of Marselle which is now being built on Denny at Aurora.

We'll forward you a copy of our pipeline report, via email, for NWMLS Area 701 which shows nothing currently scheduled to deliver in 2010 or
2011 (and possibly longer if something doesn't break ground soon). Since we focus our research and sales mostly on that area we are pretty confident that the inventory we see coming in 2009 is all we are going to get for quite a while.

According to Barrientos, Stadium Lofts is on hold again.
The Marselle condos should be online in 2009.
How about Smith Tower's new condo's. Have you heard anything?
