Latest on Rollin Street Delays

Here’s the latest on the Rollin Street delays:

When we last contacted you about Rollin Street’s closing delay, we promised an update within 3 weeks. Since then, we have continued to work to understand how the new Fannie Mae pre-sale guidelines will ultimately affect the property and our buyers. We would like to thank you for your patience and to let you know that we are still working through a number of issues to have a full understanding of these regulatory changes and their ultimate impact. We will be in touch again before the end of the month with a clear course of action.

Again, we appreciate your patience during this process, and apologize that we don’t have more information at this time. In the meantime, please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions…

They'll never finish it, and if they do you will have lost the slight chance you can still get the financing. Call a lawyer and get your condo deposit back. Complete BS.

Great job Vulcan, you're writing a nice case study on how to quickly lose credibility with your customers.

Just go apartment and be done with it.

Here's a link to some info about the building proposed to go in on the east side of Rollin Street. Looks like lower floors will be losing some light.

have heard that a downtown lawfirm that is handling these Earnest Money Deposit cases. It has been conveyed to me that you can have a very strong legal bases or several bases to demand that your Earnest money be returned to you along with accrued interest. I was told that Stephen J. Crane at Crane Dunham is handling these matters. I would contact him if anyone hasn't closed or is feeling relunctant in anyway. Good luck.

We just talked to Luke & the SOB hung up on us. He is an incrediblly horrendous rep for Vulcan — & why don't they pull this guy?? He takes everything personally, he has no info to give that is not directly contradicted by any morning edition of The New York Times. Rollin Street people are screwed — that's the bottom line. We were going to go into Enso, if we could work it. At this point, we are done. F*>% Vulcan. We are done. There is nothing that Vulcan is doing that is supportive of Rollin buyers. This is such a sham. Paul Allen should be ashamed of what his company is doing to us.

Kathleen: In my post above, call Stephen J. Crane at 206-292-9090. He has spoken to a buyer of a Rollins Street condo about their issues. He has free consultations as well.
