NoJo Rowhomes – Modern Design on 12th

March 9th, 2009 · Comments · By Matt

NoJo Rowhomes, north of John (get it?) on 12th are just up the street for me.
They’re right beside the Pb Elemental 12th + John Residence.

Anyhow, I think the name is kinda lame… But they turned out rather nice since they don’t look like the usual bland townhouse crap we see around town.

I haven’t checked them out in person yet but hope to soon as I’ve been lusting after a garage now that my condo is filled with three pairs of ski, a snowboard and four bikes.

Prices start at $499,950 for 1,500 square feet, 3 bed, 2.25 bath place.

  • Wait til you get into surfing, if you think your storage space is at a premium now wait til you wedge 5 longboards, a couple eggs and some shortboards in....

These houses look nice, but I prefer the work of PB elemental

I stopped by these two weekends ago and they were pretty great. I wanted to see them because they have polished concrete floors on the first level. I'm a geek for that stuf.
  • Enrico at Seattle By design has some great properties as well and is a very kind gentleman. He prolly has some inventory like this you would enjoy. That place is cool though but $500,000 yikes - Thank you for the article - Kind Regards and a great day - Great site : ]

I put down hand-scraped floors in my house being that they seemed pretty damn cool.

Once they were down. I looked at them...and realized...that there is no way that you can ever refinish these floors properly.

Much nicer than the "usual suspects" however.

I think they look pretty cool myself.

This is a prime example of a developer having no sensitivity to the look of a historic neighborhood. These would be much more appropriate on the East Side or suburbs.

They look barely ok from the outside, but the inside is a very typical and bland townhouse with one or two concessions to "modern." I was excited about them until I saw them.
