I’m not the biggest fan of the interiors for this unit but I do have a bit of a soft spot for the Seaboard because it’s an older building.
If you’re looking for a large, 1,800 square foot two bedroom downtown and have the ability to stomach a large mortgage (list is $1.3m) check out 1500 4th Ave #901.
It’s even got a deck! Most turn of the century buildings like this don’t have those.
