Remaining Queen Anne High Sellers Cut Prices

March 27th, 2009 · Comments · By Matt

After the Queen Anne High Auction two non-developer owned units slash their prices. Will the prices cuts be enough to sell them?

Unit 104, a 911 square foot 1 bedroom unit, cut their price from $400,000 to $350,000 bringing them down to $384/Sq. Ft.

Unit 528, a 1,005 square foot 2 bedroom unit, cut their price from $849,000 to $799,000 bring them down to $795/Sq. Ft. Not at all close to the $478/Sq. Ft. that nice young couple paid for the penthouse unit at auction. Also, the colors might not be for everyone:

The third unit for sale, #414, has not yet cut their prices. It’s a 701 square foot loft unit at $299,950. Last sold a year ago for $334,950. Ouch.
