It’s unit 110 at West Queen Anne School located at 1401 5th Ave W on the top of Queen Anne. 3,000 square feet for $2.35m.

    A National Historic Landmark, the original building was built in 1895 as the West Queen Anne School (elementary school) and converted to condos in 1984. I've lived there for almost 10 years and love it. You can learn more about the "Other Queen Anne School Condo" and its history here: http://www.wqaca.org. (We just launched a new site.)

    The gym condo was built by a local art dealer and designed by Eric Cobb. It was featured in the Times in 2007.
