I was so happy when I consulted him regarding my situation. He deosn't beat around the bush and is very aggressive. He provided me with tons of options. A retainer is standard in the legal industry as lawyer's cannot ethically pay the costs on behalf of their clients. Lawyers will use the retainer to cover these costs. In my situation, he didn't even charge me anything for initial consultation that went over 2 hours. <br><br>I would not move forward without consulting an attorney who can advise you of your legal rights.
