Pb Elemental Modern House Tour this Sunday

April 17th, 2009 · View Comments · By Matt

While I’m skiing in Alaska you can be touring Pb Elemental’s great modern houses this weekend:

This event will be slightly different from our last, beginning at a Buyer’s Hub at our 23rd Commercial project (718 23rd Ave S), where individuals can check out our full range of new projects and receive information about them from the designers who created them. Further, we will provide directions to each, and staff will be on hand at each project to provide guidance and answer questions and give out floor plans.

City Bank will also be present at the Buyer’s Hub, and is offering financing as low as 4.2%, which is a number few banks can even come close to.

Finally, we will also be offering a $10,000 gift certificate to BoConcept for any buyer that makes an offer on the day of the event.

I think you’ll see some of these homes on the tour:

If you’re into Twitter you can follow Pb Elemental.

Their prices have dropped but still not in keeping with the local average price drops. I'd wait for the 'going out of business' sale which it sounds like should be coming soon.

I love the description of "Located in exciting South Park, Seattle's only riverfront community" for the Cloverdale property!
Did they forget that the Duwamish is one of the most polluted?!?!

"Finally, we will also be offering a $10,000 gift certificate to BoConcept for any buyer that makes an offer on the day of the event."

Does it have to be a reasonable offer? :-)

Really, not certain why you have so much venom? If you don't like it, maybe you should at least not let lose your venom on others? Contain it maybe? Not sure where it's coming from but it's certainly not in proportion to whether or not you like someone's writing/marketing style. Seems like you're projecting a bit...

If you have something to say, say it on your own blog--- don't attack people on their own blogs...

"wow, some more wonderful bullshit and we get prizes.
    "

Pretty much sums up this whole blog.
