As we suspected Williams Marketing is no longer at Brix:

We proudly announce that Schnitzer West’s brokerage is now Brix’s listing agent. Community Sales Representatives Julie Selmikeit and Melissa Camp will be available to assist you beginning Saturday, April 18th.

    Well, apparently they didn't know what they were doing, otherwise they would still be running that site. The whole place has been handled poorly. So, if I were the developer, I'd at the very least try something new. It couldn't be any worse than it already was.
