Another unit at Talisman

Everyone was hot on Talisman when a unit came on the market a few weeks ago. Here’s another. This one, #214, is $249,950. However, the interior of this one is definitely not to my taste.

Eastlake Lofts

#201 is new to the market. But a little pricey at $590,000 for 949 square feet. However, it does have a view of the lake:

A cheaper option is #205 which just came back on the market at $484,000 after a hiatus. It was originally listed at $495k it was originally purchased for $459k.

Belltown Lofts

#61 is cheap at $249,000 but lacks character:

Madison Tower

Another pricey unit is on the market. #1800 is 1,980 square feet for $1,935,000. It does have a nice shower:

    Talisman -

Now you know why I lked the view on the other unit (has gone off the market)...you weren't facing a highrise!
Interior needs redoing, no extra window, and I think the unit faces NNW, so no sunshine. It has a balcony, but I still would knock the price down, way down.

I definitely agree about this one needing an update and being overpriced, but exposure looks more like NNE. Also, I don't think the other one had an extra window: http://www.trulia.com/property/1077616194-1000-... (linking to Trulia listing since Redfin doesn't show pictures for off-market properties)

I just love it when homes are done in "good taste." HA!

    Not enough shower heads.

What is it about Madison Towers/Hotel 1000 that causes seller to think they can get $1000 a square foot? This listing was bought for $1.6m at the height of the boom in 2006, and they are trying to sell it for $1.9m now?!

Don't get me started on the interior design.
