It has a balcony, but I still would knock the price down, way down.</description>

This listing was bought for $1.6m at the height of the boom in 2006, and they are trying to sell it for $1.9m now?!&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Don&#039;t get me started on the interior design.</description>
