Some of the complaints in the blog read like sour grapes, frankly, as some of the points raised (e.g. HOA dues relative to the lack of amenities) should not have been a surprise to anyone having read the contract and familiarized themselves with the project. I too bought at Brix, and while I concur with some of build quality concerns (I'm in the Broadway building), I'm very pleased to be living here.
