It used to be an Urbnlivn tradition to pick up the Sunday Seattle Times and document the condo ads for all of you who didn’t buy the paper. Curious to see who was still advertising I picked a paper up yesterday only to find no one was advertising.
Where have the marketing budgets of Williams Marketing, Windermere Onsight, Realogics, Vulcan, etc. shifted? Or are they putting their marketing budgets to use in lowering costs for buyers through point buy downs and free upgrades?

Hahahah, no. They're putting it into profits and preserving cash.

The Times Saturday product is the “new” place to advertise in-paper, but it's been nearly a year since we've bothered. Money has shifted to online and other media.
