As we predicted Williams Marketing is replacing John L Scott at Vulcan projects Veer Lofts and Enso. This is a win for Williams Marketing as they just lost Olive 8 and Brix. It also looks like Williams Marketing has picked up the Pittsburgh from when I checked their site last weekend.
In other brokerage news, Realogics launches brokerage aand takes over Windermere Onsite’s brokerage operations on active accounts. This brokerage will be running sales for 1521 and The Parc and Realogics continues to represent the marketing of both Escala and The Bravern Signature Residences.
Updated: Seems like everyone is confused by the language in the press release. Realogics/Windermere Onsite is not involved in the ongoing sales with Schnitzer West projects; The Bravern Signature Residences, Gallery and Equinox, which are now represented by Schnitzer West in-house.

Rumors have it that the Enso will be converting to apartments soon. But since Williams has taken over it looks like the rumor was false.

Looks like Realogics bought Windermere Onsite. Terrific investment in this great real estate climate.
I would trade exactly one nickel and a piece of lint for that business line (depending on the strength of the Yen).

GoCougs, I couldn't agree with you more! LOL But, then again, was there really ever a difference between the two companies? Anywhere you saw Windermere Onsite, you would also see Realogics name plastered on the same development. What was the difference between these two companies? Was one the brokerage agency so they could legally sell the condos (Windermere Onsite), while the other performed the cheesy ads and marketing campaigns (Realogics)?
What I would really like to know is who over at Windermere Onsite gets to keep their job now that Realogics owns them. Is this just a way to preserve a potentially-losing brokerage that was barely making it so that Realogics can continue marketing? I would like the compelling business case that propelled this purchase if things were going so swimmingly already at Windermere Onsite.
