I have always been a big fan of Talisman Lofts, but the deal breaker for me has always been no washer and dryer in unit. I really wish their board will look into installing washer and dryer in unit.

They have, and determined the plumbing wouldn't support washers (and dryers) after consulting with experts in the field.
