Harvard and Highland on Capitol Hill

By July 25, 2009

Harvard & Highland

In between festivities for the “Barton” wedding today I swung by the public open of Harvard and Highland.

It’s a 38 unit low-rise condo project in North Capitol Hill with prices ranging from $1.5 to $3 million (HOAs will be <$0.40/square foot). Surprisingly they have already had 22 sales but we won't count those until they start closings in the next week or two. Only a third of the project is done, they even had workers there today. Seems nice enough but I'm not one for its traditional design. The units were quiet, and offered some privacy by the landscaping choices. Check out my awesome photos since I don’t have much to say.

Open by private appointment from here on out.

For more thoughts see Wendy and Ben’s posts who attended the broker’s open on Thursday.

I own and manage Urban Living, a boutique Seattle and Bellevue real estate brokerage. I love lofts, floating homes, new construction, and mid-century moderns, but I will help you buy or sell just about anything!
