    The Parc has sub-par finishes for the price. Even at the “penthouse” level. I looked at PH5 (which sold a while back) and the cabinets were already peeling.

    The layout isn't great and there's no networking in the walls like every other new condo.

    This unit was listed for $499 not so long ago…
