Top Floor Corner Loft at Fix/Madore

I have a feeling that the photos don’t do unit R6 at the Fix/Madore building justice.

Matt , Urbnlivn's publisher, has a love for lofts with industrial features and new construction condos that is only eclipsed by his passion for outdoor sports and urban living. I looked at this building years ago when I was finding my first condo. I love the location and it's a beautiful building with the brick and exposed beams. The inside spaces are mostly open plans, though some have been built out they could easily be modified. I do have a car and I didn't like the garage in an adjacent building option. Units that are above or in between the Viaduct levels have nice views, but the noise is pretty horrendous. You're literally 20-30 feet from the Viaduct. Although at that time it seemed fairly likely the viaduct would be coming down shortly I didn't want to take that chance and I'm glad I didn't. But for someone who can live with the noise that place is amazing.

Interesting that you can expand/build on the roof with this unit.

The photos don't seem to do the place justice.

They should have hired Marco Prozzo for the photography, as his architectural and residential stuff is pretty damn nice. He even did a cool shoot of Olson Sundbergs “The Brain”.
