Looks like they used quality materials in the construction. "Green" is so hard to define these days. Even LEED is just a private corporation's designation guidelines. It sounds great, and is when done right, but it's not necessarily foolproof.

Responsibly-built condos can be green and affordable, even if they don't have the LEED sticker.
