Not to mention a hyatt is being built next door providing further security and a bar and restaurant.<br><br>Where else can you buy a brand new concrete and steel condo with a ridiculous roof top deck in the downtown area for under $300 a square foot?<br><br>I am not an agent with Williams but I am a buyer and I'm completly happy with my purchase. Devaluation of long term structures (i.e. roof, etc) still occurs while HOA fees are on hold, so it just means there's that much less time to build a reserve fund.
