Brix is having a happy hour November 20th, 5-7 PM, if you’re looking for some free eats.

Apparently they’re selling well having sold 48 homes in 30 days (this was five days ago.)

Here are their “new releases“.

    ANyone who would buy in that building is an idiot. Its rotten construction and right across the street they're building the most gigantic monstrosity in Capitol HIll history, an entire block of tenements right up to the edge of the sidewalk. Nothing but greed got that project approved. There's gonna be gridlock around this block guaranteed. Brix has no more western views. People are total lemmings in this city. Hiring is down in hi-tech, and the country is imploding. Well, best of luck to ya.
  • Good for them. It's nice to see any positive signs, and that's one of the better-built projects in the area.
