		<description>Unless you sleep with the window open, I&#039;m a little surprised to hear noise complaints when you live in a solid brick building.   You might want to check that they insulated around the windows completely with foam (got to pull the trim off), even small air gaps will let sound though.  Adding inside soundproofing windows does work, I&#039;ve slept soundly at a hotel overlooking a taxiway at Heathrow airport.  I think they had 4 layers of glass.</description>
