Slog Crowns the Bellagio Worst Building in Seattle

Earlier this week The Stranger’s Slog crowned Capitol Hill condo the Bellagio the worst building in Seattle, Behold: The Worst Building in Seattle:

Not only is the building a knockoff of a knockoff (Italy via Vegas), it’s unbelievably shoddily constructed, which seems perfect. The building doesn’t even meet the ground squarely (see picture). When I Google its architects, I find a company called TSA, but clicking them I get “Not Found.” I also would vacate the premises if I were the architect of record on this building.

According to King County records the building, which was built in 2007, still has 4 units unsold. However, only one is on Redfin, 745 Bellevue Ave #305. $1.195m buys you 3 beds, 2 baths and 1,960 square feet.

Update: Removed photos and comments at the request of the owner of #305.

Bonus points for the fact that the asking price in the listed unit is almost $300k greater than what it sold for in 2007.
