Re-Sales at the Four Seasons

A new re-sale, unit 1704, came on at the Four Seasons that caught my eye. It didn’t catch my eye because it looks good, though does it look good:

But it caught my eye because it was purchased in January 2009 for $4,179,000 and is now on the market, just over a year later, for $2,900,000. That’s quite the loss in value.

Poking around I see there is another re-sale, unit #1405. Bought for $1,839,255 November 2009 now on the market for $1,495,000.

So, how much do you think the top unit is really going to sell for? It’s 2 beds, 2.5 baths, 2,461 square feet…
