There were 26 condo and townhome sales in Seattle last week according to Redfin. Here are a few of them:


Someone got a fantastic deal on this one-bedroom unit in the Admiral neighborhood of West Seattle. It sold four years ago for $242K. It sold seven months ago for $202K, and it sold last week for $155K. Way to buy low!


I love the funky slopey ceilings on this Fremont (Greenwood?) townhouse. It sold last week for $580K, a nice discount from the listed price of $589K. It still seems a bit expensive for that neighborhood, but I suppose if you need 2,139 square feet and you don’t want the hassle of a single family home, you’ve cornered yourself into a pretty small market.



Escala sold an eighth-floor one-bedroom unit for $399,000, $10,000 less than the asking price. At $438 per square foot, that’s one of the priciest sales in the city last week.


This charming studio on Capitol Hill sold for $156,000 last week. It was listed at $160,000. Great location on Broadway and Aloha.


This three-bedroom townhouse in Eastlake sold for $465K last week. The terraced gardens in front look very classy!
