Nice Interiors at Waterfront Place

Thanks to a reader for bringing unit 1102 at Waterfront Place (at 1009 Western Ave) to my attention because I never clicked on it when it came on the market two months ago. It’s a 1,345 square foot 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath unit for sale at $975,000. Last sold in 2008 for $620,000.

Looks like a nondescript building but this unit, one of 18 in the building, has two private balconies:

And interiors by Holly McKinley which look really good:

There’s another unit for sale in the building, unit 1110, but the interiors aren’t as eye catching.
