Urban Living’s Cancer Fundraising Efforts So Far

This month Urban Living is raising money to fight cancer by having me cycle 100 miles in the LIVESTRONG Challenge.

First off a big thank you to everyone who has donated so far:

I wish my legs were as supportive as you all; we hit the roads this weekend and rode in the American Red Cross’ Life Cycle over in Bremerton and cycled about 70 miles and it kicked my butt (see our route). Who knew Bremerton was so hilly! This weekend I’m doing the Flying Wheels Century which will be a good warm up for the LIVESTRONG Challenge :).

However, we’re still short of my $1,000 goal which I’d love to totally blow away since this is for a good cause (cancer sucks.)

So, if you love the blog please consider donating! Even just $5 would make a difference. And keep in mind this blog is a hobby/labor of love; we really only make pennies an hour when its all said and done!
