Meet Trace Lofts Newest Tenant barre3
Word from Trace Lofts developer Ted Schroth is that barre3 is leasing 4,000 square feet of the available 8,000 square feet at the corner of 12th and Madison. What is barre3? Their site describes it as “where ballet barre meets yoga and pilates”. Barre3 has a handful of locations in Oregon, the Philippines, and looks like this will be their third Washington State location.
While I likely won’t be signing up for barre3 (believe or not I’m finally using my SAC membership and going twice a week) it’s great to see retail space that has been empty for two and half years find a tenant. I hope they lease suite C soon so though get someone in before winter. I suspect our heating bill is off the charts because we’re directly above what has been an unheated space :).
