Escala Closes 10 Sales in the Past Month

Just got an email blast from the folks at Escala, the midtown 265 unit tower:

We are proud to announce that Escala has had 70 sales since our launch five months ago and are quickly approaching 50 closings. That makes Escala one of the most successful condominium projects in the past year!

Comparing this to their last blast just a little over a month ago, Escala: 38 Closed Condo Sales in 3 Months, it seems as though they’ve had about ten closings between now and then. Putting them at 10 closings a month, meaning with 265 units, it’ll be a bit under two years before they sell the building out.
