Condos at Thornton Place, Now Creekside Apartments

Thornton Place the mega complex in Northgate which suspended sales of their 109 condos in March, have recently put their condos back on the market, but this time as apartments. Welcome, the Creekside Apartments.

Click through for an email they recently sent out.

Thanks to Urbnlivn reader Peter for the heads up.

Who knew?
The condominiums at Thornton Place are now available….for lease!

Creekside Apartments, as these homes are now called are located in private, three-story buildings along lush Thornton Creek. The homes have great outdoor space: decks or patios for weekend lounging, grilling and watching the world go by. And, four-legged residents can move-in too – Fido and Hello Kitty are both welcome to join in the fun.

Studios to townhomes – you’ll find a floor plan that fits your needs. But it’s what you’ll find inside that will inspire you to start arranging your furniture in your mind:

* Hardwood floors that beg for a game of Swiffer hockey
* Floor-to-ceiling windows that make sunscreen a smart investment
* Gourmet kitchens with slab granite countertops for impromptu dinner parties
* Smart wired homes – ready for gamers, spreadsheet enthusiasts and Facebook addicts alike

Oh and bring your car, but plan on leaving it in your secured, assigned parking spot. With the Northgate transit center next door you can be downtown in 10 minutes for work, or for fun. Does your commute take you north of town or to the eastside? Not to worry, catch a direct ride just outside your door.

Take a look!

Visit our website to learn more and view a gallery of photos.and then come see us in person – we’re open every day:

* Monday-Saturday: 9am-7pm
* Sunday: 12pm-7pm

We’re located at 337 NE 103rd Street, Seattle

We’d love to see you!

About Matt Goyer

I love condos, lofts, floating homes, new construction and mid-century moderns so much so that since starting this blog in 2006 I've written over 2,000 blog posts about them!

For years I resisted becoming a real estate agent preferring to be a marketing executive at Redfin but after leaving Redfin (after seven years!) I caved in the spring of 2014 and became a broker. So if you need help finding that "Urbnlivn-style" place or selling your home email me at, I'd be happy to help you.

Prior to Urbnlivn and Redfin, I worked at Microsoft after graduating from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Mathematics with a major in computer science.

You can also find me on Twitter, @MattGoyer, or LinkedIn.

    Look on Craigslist.

    Much better deals elsewhere IMHO. Unless, of course, you’re just dying to live by the mall.

    There seems to be about 5 one bedroom condos available for rent.
