For Christmas I’d Like a Penthouse

With about 1,400 condos for sale in Seattle which one are you hoping that Santa gives you the keys to?

Here are a few that I’d thrilled with.

Penthouse at TEN12First

6,000 square feet, 13′ ceilings. Only $15.6m. Keep in mind it isn’t even under construction yet.

Sub-Penthouse at the Four Seasons

Peter Van Oppen snapped up one of the two penthouses so we’ll need to settle for a unit on the floor below. Unit #1801 is 4,488 square feet and “enjoy all the convenience of a 24-hour staff that exceeds expectations and accommodates the unexpected.”

Penthouse at Olive 8

4,315 square feet, a deck larger than my condo and service from the Hyatt. Only $6.9m.

Penthouse at Mosler Lofts

Live in the developers penthouse. 2,000 square feet for $2,45m.

Art Stable

Kundig designed building with AIA award winning features. 3,983 square feet for $2.24m.

The Gym

Live in an old gym on Queen Anne. 2,980 of modernist delight for $1.965m.

And that’s just the beginning…

With more than 88 condos over $1 million to choose from this is condo have been a much longer post. But those are my faves!

Truth be told, I’d settle for a unit at 1310 E Union or the Union Arts Coop. Doesn’t need to be a million dollars either.

About Matt

Matt , Urbnlivn's publisher, has a love for lofts with industrial features and new construction condos that is only eclipsed by his passion for outdoor sports and urban living. Phrases such as “polished concrete” and “exposed brick” are music to his ears. You can also find Matt on Twitter or skiing.

The only thing bigger than the price per square foot is the days unsold on market.

And TEN12First isn’t just ‘not under construction yet’. It’s not even been designed, financing or permitted as far as I know. In my opinion, it’s the worst kind of real estate flim flam and hot air. Beats me why the MLS even allows such listings.
