VOLTA Project in Belltown Headed to Auction

Ben from Seattle Condos and Lofts tweeted that VOLTA condos in Belltown, formerly known as the Alex, is in default and headed to auction:

Notice of Trustee’s sale issued, auction on 3/18/11. The developer defaulted on $1,488,325.

I toured this project last March, its got potential! However, given the market I bet we see this project bought, finished, and turned into high-end apartments.
