Firehouse #25 Penthouse Sold

Looks like the penthouse at Firehouse #25 finally sold after four years of being on the market off and on. It sold on December 22nd 2010 for $388,500 after first hitting the market for $1.2m in April 2007. The place needs some work but I think this will turn out to be a great buy.
