Two condos sold at One Pacific Tower, a luxury building in Belltown that was constructed in 1994.

Downtown’s Olive 8 sold condo #3300 for $1.075M. This west-facing 2 bedroom, 2 bath was originally listed for $1.185M.

167539 1 Interesting Sales Last Week

A top floor, 2-bedroom condo at the Roycroft on Phinney Ridge was purchased for $425K. Looking back at an article in the Seattle Times, the Roycroft building survived a fire in 2004 when it was still under construction.

    It is a surprisingly news that Seattle netted another 20 condo and town house sales last week. The outside of the building in a image looks gorgeous and marvellous. It is a luxury building in Belltown.

    Actually, it didn’t really survive that fire. They had the entire thing framed and were plowing toward the finish line, when someone set it on fire and burned it COMPLETELY to the ground. The foundation was probably cooked like a piece of pottery. Buildings across the street was scorched, the siding on a building down the street melted. Crazy. They rebuilt the thing in record time. Always thought this was an awesome building.

    It must be easier to sell those west-facing units in Olive 8 now that they’ve apparently torn down the Qwest building.
