Huge Price Drop on Union Arts Co-op Loft

1100 E Union, Unit 3D is one of my favorite lofts in Seattle (the other being the S-W penthouse unit at Monique Lofts). At 2,400 square feet, 2 baths, multi-level and easy access to the rooftop deck this place rocks.

Unfortunately for a long time it was over priced and had horrible pictures on the MLS. I attributed this to the out of town listing agent. However, this morning with a change in listing agents comes slightly better photos and a more attractive price. It was listed at $890,000 and is now listed at $725,000. But, that now puts it into short sale territory.

I’m also embarrassed to admit I toured this loft back in January, took a bunch of pictures but never posted them! Here they are:

Photos don’t really do it justice… Go see the place. It is huge, tons of potential.
