Katrina got word that the last unit at Trace Lofts just went pending! This unit first hit the MLS April 27, 2007 for $485,000 and now presumably is under contract for less than $324,950. Oh how the times have changed! :)

I’m glad to see our building finally sell out after four years of sales. However, we’re sad that we’re soon going to lose what was our first advertiser once Trace North sells out. And I’m going to lose my second parking spot as rumor has it that the developer is going to sell off the one or two remaining park spots instead of renting them out.

Now on to the resales of which there is only one because I’m sure most of us original buyers are deep underwater.

    Matt – Did Trace go through a construction defects review process yet?  Seems the timing is about right.   My building just did and WOW, was it ever a painful process!

    We’re in the middle of it. Haven’t had an update on it though so don’t know how painful it will  be yet :).
