Olive 8 Open House, Incentives Ending Soon

This weekend Olive 8 is hosting an open house event to get interested buyers in to see (and pull the trigger on a purchase of) an Olive 8 condo before the spring incentives deal comes to an end on May 31. Olive 8 is located at 737 Olive Way and the open house runs from 12PM-5PM both Saturday and Sunday.

As we noted earlier this week in our condo inventory round-up, Olive 8 is currently 60% sold with 91 units remaining available. As of the end of March, Olive 8 had sold 17 condos since their price reset on Jan 1 of this year. That number has now increased to 25 — presumably 8 additional sales that benefited from the spring incentives currently under offer:

The incentive program provides for no closing costs and special financing that starts at just 1.25% (2.821% APR) for qualified purchases.  Also HOA dues and health club membership fees will be paid by the seller for the first year.
