    There are a lot of apartments around Magnuson Park in that price range, too. It’s not a hip, urban neighborhood but it is close to the Burke-Gilman trail and very nice to live in a green area.

  • Heeh, living in a boat looks so cool, but only a few can live there. Hmm, it would be better if you post pictures of the interiors here. $1250/month is a good price for those big rooms, but not everyone can afford that.
