Urbnlivn got word that there’s a 20th floor unit available for rent at Olive 8. As the Craigslist ad so aptly points out, it is the gym, pool, and spa amenities that sets this building apart (and even more so as a rental).

Basic details:

Available on September 1st for $2,200/mo for a 1 year lease which includes everything but electricity (usually $15/month). (It’s less expensive than the Olivian rentals across the street, yet has a pool and better gym.) An August 31st move-in can be arranged if needed.

Check credit, employment and past landlord references will be required. Sorry, no pets.

Interested parties should reply to the ad to secure one of the limited appointments for viewing the apartment on Thurs/Fri/Sat.

    ‘Rarely available for rent’?! At the auction an investor bought an entire floor (27?) and is renting them out!

    Yes, it’s unit 2010 and I’m the current renter, but am moving to Vancouver BC and helping my landlord find a new tenant.  The rent is less than what my friends pay for similar units at Rollin and Olivian.

    The 27th floor is the showroom floor, and it looks like an LLC bought it up and is renting it back to Hedeen/Olive8.  It sure would have been nice if there were more units from the auction that were rented out, but I was checking constantly last October and only a few were ultimately rented out.
